Job summary

corporate travel management (s) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced account manager to serve its growing corporate client base. You will manage client relationships, deliver insights on travel patterns, and proactively advise on potential savings.

You will represent CTM at meetings and events, support clients with our online booking tool, collaborate with the CVM team, and help shape strategic travel programs that strengthen loyalty and demonstrate CTM's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of account management/servicing experience within travel or relevant industry.
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology preferred.
• Extensive client/account relationship management experience.
• Strong written and oral English skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated client base to the highest professional standard per CTM standards.
• Undertake agreed client reporting to advise of possible future savings and travel behavior analysis.
• Represent CTM via meetings, calls or external events with preparation.
• Support clients with the online travel booking tool, including technical support and analysis.
• Support the CVM team to ensure seamless service during absences.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients on travel program direction and CTM Value Proposition.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans with measurable targets and regular reviews.
• Provide program projections based on industry trends, suppliers, and technology.
