Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Singapore is seeking a Business Excellence & Transformation professional to partner with stakeholders and drive new opportunities from concept to business case. You will also map existing processes, design to-be processes, and lead change management to improve efficiency and customer experience.

In this role you will stay current with industry best practices, benchmark against standards, and present recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Leadership with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
Strong analytical and structured thinking to map and improve processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication for business cases and briefings.
Good project management skills; experience designing or running pilots/trials is an advantage.
Exposure to process mapping or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end evaluation of new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct market research, assess strategic fit and commercial viability.
Develop robust business cases with financial assumptions and risk assessments.
Design pilots/trials with defined success metrics and evaluation criteria.
Collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Sales, Aftersales and IT to ensure alignment.
