Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a 6 months contract professional in Singapore to lead strategic and transformation initiatives from Jan 2027 to Jun 2027. Responsibilities include planning, KPI definition, and cross-functional delivery across business units.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience (2–3 in management consulting), strong financial modelling, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Post-merger integration and cost optimisation exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting.
• Experience in business transformation, strategic planning and corporate finance.
• Exposure to post-merger integration and cost optimisation.
• Familiarity with telco/technology P&L and operating models advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly business planning, including AOP and scorecard tracking.
• Translate strategic priorities into execution plans, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide analysis and reporting to senior leadership and track value delivery.
• Manage organisation-wide transformation initiatives, including AI programs, operating model redesign and cost optimisation.
• Support post-merger integration, synergy tracking and issue resolution.
• Drive cross-functional execution and delivery of transformation outcomes.
• Analyse P&L drivers, cost structures and operational performance.
• Develop business cases, scenario modelling and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with Finance and business units on strategic initiatives.
• Support senior executives in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate across business units and Group functions to align priorities.
• Influence and drive outcomes across stakeholders without direct authority.
