Bureau Veritas Singapore is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead the preparation, management, and submission of strategic tenders for Building & Infrastructure projects across Singapore and select regional markets.

You will drive the full bid lifecycle, from evaluation and strategy to proposal development, commercial review, risk assessment, client presentations, contract negotiations, and project handover, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to

Qualifications

8–10 years of tender/bid management experience in Building & Infrastructure or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's public-sector procurement processes and tender practices.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary bid teams and win high-value contracts.
Excellent commercial, financial, contract review, and negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end tender process for public and private sector opportunities.
Review RFPs, RFQs, ITTs, and framework agreements; develop winning strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams and ensure timely, compliant submissions.
Manage commercial reviews, risk assessment, and pricing models.
Support contract negotiations and post-award handover to operations.
Conduct post-submission reviews and drive continuous bid improvements.
