Prudential Assurance Company Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to manage strategic technology vendor management. You will govern end-to-end IT service contracts, drive governance forums and executive discussions, and ensure commercial soundness across vendor engagements.

The role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and governance discipline to optimise spend, drive cost transparency and support investment decisions.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen to analyse technology costs, vendor spend and business value drivers.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret large datasets and identify cost optimisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities with Finance, Technology, Procurement and business leaders.
• Highly organised with strong governance discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities in cost management and vendor oversight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex information for senior management.
• Proven relationship owner for strategic technology vendors with executive engagement experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills for complex terms and performance discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Govern the end-to-end lifecycle for IT professional services and managed services contracts, including renewals and change requests.
• Serve as relationship owner for key technology vendors, leading governance forums and executive discussions.
• Oversee vendor performance against obligations, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Work with vendors to establish performance reporting, review cadences and dashboards.
• Ensure vendor engagements are commercially sound and aligned to technology delivery priorities.
• Maintain oversight of vendor spend, contract utilisation and resource deployment.
• Influence vendor roadmaps, resource planning and commercial outcomes.
• Implement Total Cost of Ownership framework for the PACS technology landscape.
• Analyse spend and portfolios to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and refine Cost-to-Business framework mapping applications to functions.
• Provide advisory support on technology budget and spend management.
