Prudential plc in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Vendor Manager to govern the end-to-end lifecycle of IT professional services and managed services contracts. You will own vendor relationships, lead governance forums, and drive cost transparency across the technology landscape.

The role collaborates with Finance, Procurement, Legal and IT to optimise spend, strengthen governance and deliver value from strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation and analytics are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, IT or equivalent required.
• Insurance, IT and/or project management certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Govern the end-to-end lifecycle for IT professional services and managed services contracts, including renewals and scope alignment.
• Serve as the relationship owner for key technology vendors, leading strategic engagements and executive-level discussions.
• Oversee vendor performance against contractual obligations, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
• Work with vendors to establish regular performance reporting, service review cadences and dashboards.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure commercial soundness and policy alignment.
• Maintain oversight of vendor spend, contract utilisation, resource deployment and service outcomes.
• Influence vendor roadmaps, resource planning and commercial outcomes to maximise value.
• Implement and maintain the Total Cost of Ownership framework for the PACS technology landscape.
• Analyse technology spend and portfolios to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Map applications to business functions and produce insights to improve cost transparency.
• Provide advisory support to PACS on technology budget and spend management.
