Prudential Services Asia is seeking an experienced leader to govern end-to-end vendor management for IT professional services and managed services. You will drive governance, executive-level discussions, and performance oversight to align vendor delivery with business priorities.

The role emphasises cost transparency, TCO/C2B frameworks, and collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and IT to optimise technology spend and investment decisions.

Competenze

• Must have strong financial/commercial acumen with ability to analyse technology costs and vendor spend.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for large data sets and insights.
• Strong stakeholder management with Finance, Technology, Procurement and business leaders.

Mansioni

• Govern end-to-end lifecycle for IT professional services and managed services contracts, incl. renewals and change requests.
• Lead strategic engagements with key technology vendors and executive-level discussions.
• Oversee performance against contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms; drive dashboards and remediation actions.
• Ensure cost transparency and governance, including TCO and C2B frameworks, to support budgeting and cost optimisation.
