Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Project Management and Finance Governance functions within our Finance Transformation Office in Singapore. You will ensure delivery of key initiatives, strong financial controls, disciplined expense management and governance compliance.

You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage budgets, risks and stakeholder communications, and partner with Control, Audit, Risk and Transformation stakeholders to realise business value

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• PMI-PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• 8–10 years of project management and finance governance experience in regulated financial services.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Oracle, SUNGL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Finance aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Ensure governance, controls, audit readiness and compliance across initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, provide ad-hoc analysis, and report to Sponsors.
