Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in Singapore is seeking a senior Vendor Management professional to govern IT professional services and managed services contracts, ensuring governance, performance and value realization across the PACS landscape.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Technology teams to drive cost transparency, risk management and strategic supplier engagements, including oversight of TCO and Cost-to-Business frameworks to support budgeting and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technology portfolio or vendor management and governance.
• Proven ability to analyse technology costs, vendor spend and business value drivers.
• Experience leading vendor governance forums and executive business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end lifecycle for IT professional services and managed services contracts.
• Serve as relationship owner for key technology vendors and lead strategic engagements.
• Oversee vendor performance against contracts, SLAs and commercial terms.
• Establish performance reporting, review cadences and dashboards.
• Ensure commercially sound engagements and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain oversight of vendor spend and contract utilisation.
• Influence vendor roadmaps and drive cost-optimisation initiatives.
• Develop and refine the Cost-to-Business framework and TCO for PACS landscape.
• Provide advisory support on technology budget and spend management.
