Job summary

ByteDance in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our Corporate Functions team on a 12-month contract. You will manage sourcing for key roles across Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics, partnering with TA Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.

You will own the interview scheduling, coordinate logistics, and ensure a world-class interview experience while promoting ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates in the APAC

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple functions and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents at all levels.
• Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.
