Job summary

PALO IT Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, recruit and advise top tech talent and grow the PALO IT brand locally.

You will manage full life cycle hiring, source proactively, interview, negotiate salary and onboard, while partnering with leaders to craft effective hiring strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of technology recruitment experience in a fast-paced tech/consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in recruiting for software engineers, site reliability engineers, DevOps, data, security, UI/UX designers a plus.
• Ambitious to develop into a trusted talent advisor.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build talent pools via social networking, referrals, direct sourcing and advanced internet sourcing.
• Promote employer branding and nurture candidate relationships through events and networking.
• Plan and host internal/external recruitment drives and partner with industry groups.
