Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid foundations in data structures, software design, and databases.
• Experience with Spring Boot, React, and Python for web apps.
• Experience with MSSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with Observability tooling (OpenTelemetry).
• Experience integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise HCM systems for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web apps using AI coding tools and hands-on development.
• Build APIs and integrations connecting products to enterprise systems.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write and maintain technical docs (ADRs, RFCs).
• Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure observability via logs/metrics.
• Participate in sprint cycles, code reviews, and user engagement.
• Share best practices via internal blogs and knowledge sessions.
