Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Product/Business Development professional to source emerging technologies, conduct market research and lead vendor partnerships. You will evaluate product viability, build partner pipelines and coordinate pilots with engineering and delivery teams.

The role requires strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, plus experience in commercializing technology solutions and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management, technology sourcing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, including hardware and software providers.
• Experience in sourcing, evaluating and negotiating technology products or solutions.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify emerging hardware, software and technology solutions from relevant markets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and technology assessments to identify viable products.
• Evaluate product maturity, scalability, and pricing for strategic fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technology vendors, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Establish and manage relationships with technology companies and ecosystem partners.
• Lead discussions on partnership models, pricing and go-to-market opportunities.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, POCs, pilots and technical evaluations.
• Work with engineering, solution and delivery teams to support integration and localization.
• Prepare business cases, product evaluation reports and management recommendations.
• Monitor product performance, market trends and partner effectiveness.
