Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional to identify new opportunities, engage customers, and shape strategic plans across assigned markets and customer segments.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing strategic accounts, developing forecasts and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions while traveling as required to support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced qualifications advantageous
• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development, account management, or related roles
• Experience selling technology, infrastructure, solutions, or other complex products/services preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to support customers and objectives

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, customer engagement, and strategic planning.
• Drive sales initiatives and business development activities to achieve revenue and growth across markets and customer segments.
• Develop and manage sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for leadership.
• Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and customer needs to support growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders for long-term success.
• Manage strategic accounts by developing plans, supporting needs, and driving revenue across products/services.
• Support preparation of customer proposals, tenders, and submissions with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop and maintain a professional network and stay current with technologies and best practices.
