Job summary

InvestCloud Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Program Management and Enterprise Delivery leader in Singapore.

You will own end-to-end delivery of large-scale fintech platform implementations, guiding multi-year programs from discovery to steady-state and reporting at the portfolio level. You will establish executive governance, manage scope and budgets, coordinate across Product, Platform, Engineering, and Operations, and act as the senior escalation point for delivery risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA a plus.
15+ years in financial services with 10+ years in senior program management or delivery leadership.
Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise software with multi-year lifecycles.
Experience leading implementation professionals and managing C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year enterprise software implementations on the DW platform.
Establish and run executive governance including steering committees and portfolio reporting.
Maintain scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple programs.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Platform, Engineering, and Operations.
Act as senior escalation point for delivery risk and drive resolution.
Monitor portfolio performance via KPIs and dashboards; identify risks and opportunities.
Influence evolution of delivery methodologies with senior leadership.
