Job summary

Adecco Portugal in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Programme Manager on a 12-month contract to lead complex multi-stakeholder delivery for a leading bank. You will define the delivery plan, secure executive alignment, and coordinate cross-functional teams regionally.

The role requires 6–10 years of programme management experience in technology, with strong data-driven decision making, risk management, and the ability to translate technical details for senior executives.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management.
• Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to summarize technical details for executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience influencing across cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and risk management skills.
• Proven organization under pressure with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy and roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in and approvals from senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across units and auditors to align technology and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure delivery quality and benefits realization; address implementation challenges.
• Lead regulatory updates and provide visibility to drive key decisions.
• Serve as Secretariat of the Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee.
• Design and track the Technology scorecard for performance management.
