Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK in Singapore seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to deliver strategic technology projects and transformation programs. You will lead end-to-end delivery, establish governance, manage budgets, and drive AI-enabled reporting and automation across multiple teams.

The role requires 12+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in SDLC, Agile/Lean, and complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, with strong governance and PMP/Scrum Expert credentials
• Experience with Azure DevOps boards, delivery governance, milestone tracking, dependencies, and executive reporting
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and investment portfolios
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance experience
• Experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments
• Expertise in solutioning & architecture design, translating business needs into scalable, secure tech solutions
• Deep SDLC and Agile/Lean experience delivering complex initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects and programs
• Manage multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
• Ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business outcomes
• Act as Program Manager for strategic initiatives requiring cross-team coordination
• Drive governance, reporting, and control frameworks; provide executive reporting
