• At least 3 years experience in project management; consulting background is advantageous. Experience in enterprise-level strategy or regional program management is highly valued.
• Skilled in strategic planning, operational support, and process improvement, ideally within multinational or regional settings.
• Exposure to in-house technology environments is welcome.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across diverse markets and geographies.
• Resourceful and persuasive, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus effectively.
• Comfortable working at both high-level strategy and detailed execution, from big-picture planning to hands-on implementation.
• Capable of producing requirements documents, project plans, status reports, training materials, and rollout strategies.
