Job summary

The role also involves managing the project team (if any), providing regular progress reports to management and programme managers, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Senior Deployed Staff requires 10 years of relevant experience in performing the Role.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen project governance and ensure adherence to project management standards and delivery processes.
• Manage project budgets, expenditure tracking, and cashflow monitoring.
• Oversee vendor performance and delivery against contractual obligations and service levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations to support informed decision-making.
• Coordinate across business, operations, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
• Support management reviews, project approvals, procurement activities and audit‑related requirements.
• Monitor and report project status, milestones, deliverables and operational performance to stakeholders and management.
