JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple vendors and drive end-to-end projects that align with business outcomes. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and documentation while reporting to stakeholders.

A strong emphasis is placed on UAT, training, and implementation, ensuring security and governance compliance across the program. The ideal candidate has 2+ full project lifecycles, relevant certifications, and experience with cloud, API

Qualifications

• Tertiary Education in relevant fields is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 full project development life cycles.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
• Knowledge of contact centre systems, cloud tech (AWS) and API integrations is a plus.
• Experience in Singapore Government IT governance, procurement, budgeting and security policies is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple vendors and ICT service providers aligning with business outcomes.
• Lead project management: scope, budget, schedule, documentation and reporting.
• Drive requirement gathering, UAT, training and implementation activities.
• Review deliverables: specs, test plans, user guides and operations manuals.
• Perform analysis on system architecture, APIs and data flows.
• Collaborate with solution architects and infrastructure teams on designs.
• Assess change requests with business impact and risk-based prioritisation.
• Ensure SLAs for projects and incidents are met.
• Identify project risks and mitigations to manage risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, quality and security policies.
• Resolve day-to-day IT issues impacting operations and security.
