Job summary

You will coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery within budget, while maintaining high quality and security standards. The role involves requirements gathering, UAT, training, and managing deliverables such as specifications, test plans, user guides and operations manuals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in relevant field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 full project lifecycle implementations.
• Certifications like ITIL or PMP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple vendors and ICT service providers, collaborating with application and infrastructure teams to deliver projects within cost, timeline and quality targets.
• Lead project management activities including scope, budget and schedule, documentation and status reporting.
• Drive project activities such as requirements gathering, UAT, training and implementation.
