Job summary

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across technology and infrastructure roles in Singapore.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a positive and timely experience. The role welcomes applicants from both recruitment agencies and in-house teams and involves building pipelines, coordinating interviews and facilitating salary discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related role.
• Agency recruitment or in-house recruitment experience is welcome.
• Experience hiring for technology, infrastructure or IT-related positions is an advantage.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interview skills.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs and hiring timelines.
• Develop sourcing plans to identify candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, talent databases and other channels.
• Recruit for technology and infrastructure roles, such as IT support and operations, systems and network engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data centre and project-based positions.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback and keep hiring managers updated on progress.
• Support salary discussions, offer preparation and pre-employment checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the applicant tracking system or other internal tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a professional and responsive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment activity and share relevant hiring insights, including sourcing challenges and market feedback.
