Job summary

Luxoft Germany seeks a senior regional Product Owner/Business Analyst to bridge traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams in a fast‑paced investment management upgrade. You will split time between supporting traders and guiding development, shaping requirements, and driving the product roadmap.

You will analyze workflows, manage stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning with global teams, ensuring incident management and continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience with product ownership, business analysis, or application support.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle/PL-SQL preferred).
• Linux/Unix administration, shell scripting, and log analysis.
• Windows service administration and troubleshooting.

Based in Southern California, our client manages close to $2 trillion in assets and is looking for a new partner to participate in a full scale upgrade of their technology.The position will act as a regional representative and a bridge between traders, business stakeholders, and technology teams. The successful candidate will spend approximately 50% of their time supporting traders and resolving operational challenges, and 50% collaborating with development teams to deliver enhancements, define requirements, and drive the product roadmap.
