Job summary

Doodle Labs in Singapore is seeking a Talent & People Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle and to build scalable HR programs as the company grows. You will drive end-to-end hiring for technical, commercial and operational roles while shaping workforce planning and onboarding processes.

You will partner with hiring managers, design interview processes, and help lead employee development and engagement.

Qualifications

2–5 years in HR or recruiting, ideally in a scaling tech or hardware company
Experience owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infrastructure
Strong communicator with hiring managers and candidates; relationship quality matters
Strategic thinker who translates business needs into recruiting and HR strategy

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, and operational roles
Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offers
Build and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives
Support headcount planning alongside leadership, tracking open roles and forecasting needs
Shape employer brand and how Doodle Labs presents to candidates in Singapore and beyond
Collaborate with the broader People team on scaling HR functions and programs
