Job summary

Doodle Labs, based in Singapore, is hiring a Talent & People Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and scale HR programs as we grow. You will partner with hiring managers across technical, commercial, and operational functions, shaping workforce planning and headcount strategy.

You’ll also build onboarding, performance cycles, and employee engagement initiatives while aligning recruitment with business priorities and developing a strong employer brand in Singapore and across regions.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offer structuring
• Build, support and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives
• Support headcount planning alongside leadership- tracking open roles, forecasting needs, and keeping hiring aligned with business priorities
• Help shape Doodle Labs' employer brand and how we show up to candidates in the Singapore market and beyond
• Support the broader People team on cross-functional projects as the company scales
