Doodle Labs (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking a Talent & People Partner in Singapore. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical, commercial, and operational roles while shaping scalable HR programs that onboard, develop, and engage a growing team.

You will partner with leadership to plan headcount, design sourcing strategies, and help build our employer brand across Singapore and beyond. Join a fast-growing hardware tech company at the frontier of robotics and autonomy.

Qualifications

2–5 years in HR, recruiting, or blended People Ops role in a scaling tech or hardware company.
Comfortable owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infrastructure.
Strong communicator with managers and candidates; relationship quality matters.
Curious about people; understands what drives candidates and employees.
Organized and detail-oriented with multiple pipelines and HR initiatives.
Strategic thinker translating business needs into recruiting and HR strategy.
Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.
Excited by autonomy, robotics, and building technical teams.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, and operational roles.
Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offers.
Build and manage HR programs including onboarding and performance cycles.
Support headcount planning with leadership; track open roles and forecast needs.
Shape employer brand for Singapore and beyond.
Support the People team on cross-functional scaling projects.
