Job summary

Realtek Singapore Private Limited is seeking a dynamic Partnership and Talent Development Specialist to drive talent development, ecosystem engagement and industry partnerships in Singapore. The role focuses on universities, research institutions, and government stakeholders to advance Realtek's talent pipeline and collaboration.

You will design and execute programmes, manage events, and coordinate with HR to offer internships, campus talks, scholarships, and industry immersion opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 4-5 years in public affairs, government relations, or talent development.
• Experience with Singapore universities and government agencies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage talent development and workforce cultivation initiatives in Singapore.
• Lead university outreach and engagement programmes to attract talent.
• Build partnerships with universities, research institutes, and government bodies.
• Plan events, executive engagements, and forums with stakeholders.
• Monitor ecosystem developments to inform Realtek's strategic priorities.
