Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading technology business to hire an experienced Executive Recruiter into their regional Talent Acquisition team in Singapore.

The role focuses on executing high-impact leadership searches across APAC, influencing hiring decisions and building market insights for senior leadership.

You will partner with business leaders, map talent, manage complex searches, and guide stakeholders through offer decisions in a fast-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, focusing on senior-level and executive searches.
• Experience in executive search, in-house talent acquisition, or both.
• Proven success recruiting leadership talent in technology, digital, consumer internet, fintech.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior executives.
• Advanced sourcing, market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent communication, engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience supporting regional hiring across Asia Pacific is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end searches for senior management and executive-level hires across the region.
• Partnering directly with business leaders to understand organisational priorities and future talent requirements.
• Developing talent maps and market intelligence across key competitor groups and adjacent industries.
• Building and nurturing external networks to engage high-calibre passive talent.
• Advising stakeholders on talent availability, market trends, compensation expectations and hiring strategy.
• Managing complex candidate processes, ensuring a best-in-class experience from initial engagement through to offer acceptance.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent decisions and succession planning discussions.
• Supporting broader talent acquisition projects focused on process improvement, employer brand and capability building.
