Job summary

This role leads the end-to-end development and delivery of Pre-Employment Training (PET) programmes, integrating strategy, policy review, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of policy or manpower experience, preferably in government.
• Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear storytelling.
