Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a strategic professional to shape the ICT and Media workforce by leading the end-to-end development and delivery of Pre-Employment Training programmes, integrating strategy, policy review, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work on policy reviews, programme design and evaluation, and partnerships with government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning, and industry to enhance graduate employability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of policy or manpower experience within the Singapore Government.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with persuasiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of PET programmes.
• Integrate strategy, policy review, programme implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Review and strengthen policies impacting ICT and Media graduates.
• Design, implement, and evaluate PET programmes.
• Analyse workforce data and programme metrics to inform strategies.
