You will partner with global stakeholders, execute talent management strategies, drive succession planning, HiPo programs, and leadership development, while tracking development plans and career conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or related
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Talent Management role
• Experience in Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, and Performance Management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for global collaboration

Responsibilities
