Job summary

EY is seeking a Campus Recruitment professional to join the Recruitment team in Singapore. The role focuses on branding, channel expansion, and developing initiatives to attract top graduates for high-volume recruitment needs.

You will manage the end-to-end campus recruitment cycle, coordinate events, and respond to candidate queries while building relationships with business leaders and hiring managers. Fresh grads with internships are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications of Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in mass recruitment or similar HR role.
• Fresh grads with talent acquisition internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in high volume recruitment processes and/or understanding of graduate recruitment landscape.
• Successfully managed recruitment events/career fairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Recruitment Lead to execute on-campus branding and marketing.
• Identify new channels for campus recruitment.
• Develop strategic recruitment initiatives to attract quality candidates.
• Evaluate recruitment processes to drive improvements.
• Manage end-to-end campus recruitment process, from posting to offer/onboarding.
• Coordinate campus recruitment events and related logistics.
• Handle large volumes of candidate queries via phone, email or social media.
• Update hiring matrix and status reports regularly.
• Develop strong working relationships with key champions and hiring managers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to junior resources in the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and feedback to junior resources in the team

To qualify for the role you must have
