Job summary

LY iTECH in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to own senior and specialist hiring across multiple entities. You will lead a small TA team while remaining hands-on in executive and hard-to-fill searches, partnering directly with business heads across functions and geographies.

You will manage international hiring across markets, adapt sourcing strategies, and build the TA function with strong emphasis on candidate experience and metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven TA experience in commercial and technical/engineering hiring.
• Experience leading a recruitment team, with delivery cadence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a recruiters team across multi-country load.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
• Manage hiring across international markets and adapt sourcing strategies.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to scope roles and guide decisions.
• Build and mature the TA function, including branding and candidate experience.
• Own TA metrics and oversee vendor relationships.
