Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Singapore to drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong pipelines and partner with business leaders to attract top talent across diverse hiring needs, including internships and high-volume roles.

You will source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, guide interview processes, and manage offers while collaborating with HR partners to align recruitment with workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in internship recruitment and high-volume hiring preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring requirements is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and a substantial recruitment portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment modules within HRIS platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent acquisition advisor, sharing insights on market trends, candidate availability and relevant regulatory developments.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies with business stakeholders to meet hiring objectives.
• Guide hiring managers on interview processes, assessment techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Source and attract quality candidates through creative sourcing strategies and direct recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screenings, virtual interviews and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process, including salary benchmarking, offer negotiation and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements.
• Develop effective working relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
