Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, sourcing, or related field.
• Business-level fluency in Mandarin for internal and external audiences.
• 4+ years using HR systems or HRIS.
• 4+ years in a client-facing role.
• 4+ years in function-specific recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines for moderately complex roles.
• Evaluates candidates using skills assessments and behavioral interviewing; sources candidates when needed.
• Adheres to recruiting processes and ensures data accuracy for reporting and compliance.
• Uses negotiation techniques to influence decisions and close top talent.
• Tracks progress against core delivery metrics to meet hiring demand.
