• Leverage data, technology and AI to improve efficiency, quality and insight in talent acquisition.
• Develop and monitor metrics to ensure a data-led, commercially focused function.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent markets, availability, compensation dynamics and competition.

A leading global investment organisation is seeking an exceptional Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and shape its global talent acquisition strategy at a pivotal stage of its growth and evolution.

This is a highly visible global leadership role, partnering closely with senior executives and business leaders across multiple markets. The successful individual will have the opportunity to influence how the organisation attracts, assesses and secures exceptional talent across the globe, while building a consistently high-quality and scalable talent acquisition function.

The Role

Reporting to a senior global HR leader, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will have responsibility for the organisation's global talent acquisition strategy, operating model and delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned to the organisation's evolving business priorities and workforce requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing international talent acquisition team across multiple markets.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders, including investment professionals and corporate leadership, to understand critical talent requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Strengthen the organisation's approach to executive hiring, senior leadership assessment and critical talent acquisition.
• Establish consistent global standards across sourcing, assessment, candidate experience, employer branding and recruitment governance, while maintaining appropriate local market flexibility.
• Build strong internal talent pipelines and deepen access to high-calibre talent across key international markets.
• Drive the effective use of data, technology and emerging AI capabilities to improve the efficiency, quality and insight of talent acquisition.
• Develop and monitor meaningful talent acquisition metrics, ensuring the function is increasingly data-led and commercially focused.
• Partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy and broader organisational priorities.
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on talent markets, availability, compensation dynamics and the competitive landscape.

We are seeking a proven global Talent Acquisition leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial judgement and strong execution.

You are likely to bring:

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition at a global or highly international organisation.
• A track record of successfully building and transforming sophisticated talent acquisition functions.
• Experience operating credibly with C-suite and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of senior and specialist talent markets, ideally within financial services, investment management, professional services or another highly talent-intensive environment.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong executive search and senior-level hiring expertise, with the ability to personally engage on the organisation's most critical appointments.
• A strong understanding of modern sourcing strategies, recruitment technology, data and AI-enabled talent acquisition.
• The ability to balance strategic transformation with hands‑on delivery and operational discipline.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to challenge and advise senior stakeholders.
