Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate Recruiter to ensure clients attract, source, and recruit top talent both internally and externally. You will staff the business with quality hires, provide strategic TA solutions, and proactively pipeline for future needs.

Responsibilities include end-to-end TA, guiding managers on processes, sourcing through diverse channels, interviewing, and presenting candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-7 years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
• Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations.
• Experience using HireVue, SmashFly and other talent acquisition platforms is preferred.
• Experience planning and managing networking events or projects.
• Superior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen.
• Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Able to tell a story with data and metrics.
• Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritise and re-prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process and implement TA strategies.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on TA processes, controls and policies.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
• Evaluate, interview and present candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback to refine TA strategy.
• Partner with senior management, HR and finance to anticipate needs and strategize pipelines.
• Share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the process for the client.
• Participate in client meetings as a subject matter expert on TA responsibilities and expectations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communication throughout the TA process.
• Educate candidates on career growth, benefits, compensation philosophy and opportunities.
• Conduct compensation expectation conversations to close offers.
• Support diversity goals and educate hiring managers to ensure diverse candidate slates.
• Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system with data integrity and controls.
