Job summary

BGC Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation and into operations.

You will manage integrated project plans, monitor scope, budget, risks, and dependencies, and provide executive updates to ensure business readiness ahead of go-live. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in programme management and experience with WMS/TMS and warehouse automation.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in project or programme management across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Technology transformation.
Proven track record managing complex cross-functional transformation programmes.
Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
Experience with WMS, TMS, warehouse automation or logistics operations is highly desirable.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of major Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including e-commerce fulfilment and Store-Friendly Flow (SFF).
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and critical paths.
Monitor scope, budget, progress, risks, issues and dependencies to keep programmes on track.
Ensure programmes deliver business objectives within scope, budget and timeline.
Provide clear programme reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
