Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead Supply Chain and Logistics Transformation advisory programmes. You will scope, pitch, and deliver end-to-end transformation projects for consumers, retail and shipping sectors, guiding clients through change with strong analytics and pragmatic delivery.

You will collaborate with architects, consultants and engineers, building teams and ensuring high-impact outcomes while expanding client engagements across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or industry leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes in logistics & distribution within the Intelligent Industry practice.
• Scope, position, pitch and deliver advisory projects for customers.
• Collaborate with client executives to guide change and measure business impact.
• Develop teams and leverage Capgemini Invent assets to create value for clients.
• Engage in pre-sales activities and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
