Job summary

BGC Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives, overseeing cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation and into operations.

You will manage integrated project plans, monitor scope, budget, risks, and dependencies, and provide executive updates to ensure business readiness ahead of go-live. The ideal candidate has 8-12 years in programme management and experience with WMS/TMS and warehouse automation.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in project or programme management across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Technology transformation.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, warehouse automation or logistics operations is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives. The role will oversee complex, cross-functional programmes from planning through implementation, ensuring effective governance, timely delivery and successful transition into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major Supply Chain transformation initiatives, including e-commerce fulfilment, Store-Friendly Flow (SFF) and other strategic programmes.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements and critical paths.

• Monitor scope, budget, progress, risks, issues and dependencies, taking proactive action to keep programmes on track.

• Ensure programmes deliver agreed business objectives and benefits within scope, budget and timeline.

• Provide clear programme reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering and external partners to ensure effective execution.

• Drive alignment across multiple workstreams and facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution.

• Maintain strong collaboration across teams to ensure delivery remains aligned with business priorities.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to build alignment, manage expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle.

• Lead programme reviews, steering committee meetings and executive workshops.

• Provide clear visibility of programme status, key risks, mitigation plans and decisions required.

• Drive implementation, cutover and business readiness activities ahead of go-live.

• Coordinate transition and post-go-live stabilisation to ensure operational continuity.

• Ensure completed solutions are effectively transitioned into BAU operations and that intended business outcomes are realised.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in project or programme management across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Technology transformation.

• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional transformation programmes.

• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.

• Experience with WMS, TMS, warehouse automation or logistics operations is highly desirable.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
