Job summary

Capgemini Invent Singapore is looking for an experienced transformation consultant at Manager/Senior Manager level to lead Supply Chain and Logistics Transformation advisory programmes within our Intelligent Industry practice. You will scope, position, pitch and deliver end-to-end consulting services, working with executives across Consumer Products, Retail and Shipping.

8+ years of consulting or industry experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain leadership.
Strong understanding of logistics network design and distribution strategies.
Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organisation and drive sales across engagements.
Experience building and coaching teams and developing client-focused propositions.
Experience delivering business transformation programs with a focus on value.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end transformation programmes in logistics and supply chain.
Develop opportunities and manage pre-sales engagement with clients.
