Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management, with the ability to build relationships and deliver commercial results.
• Interest in Supply Chain & Procurement and willingness to develop specialist market knowledge.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and engage prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks and conduct market mapping.
• Assess candidates against job requirements and negotiate terms with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations on opportunities.
