Michael Page Singapore is seeking a results-driven recruitment professional to build client partnerships and manage end-to-end recruitment within the Sales & Marketing practice.

You will engage with client organisations, source and assess candidates, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across sales, marketing, digital and communications.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management.
• Interest in Sales & Marketing and willingness to develop specialist market knowledge.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, engage prospective clients and develop existing accounts.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
• Strong research and organisational skills to manage multiple assignments.
• Initiative, persistence and adaptability to changing client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client briefings, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, offers and follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across sales, business development, marketing, digital and communications.
• Assess candidates against job requirements considering skills, experience and achievements.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration and recruitment processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate fees and terms within company guidelines.
• Develop understanding of sales and marketing functions and industry trends to provide informed advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and locations on opportunities and delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in compliance with policies.
