Michael Page Singapore's Human Resources practice is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to build client partnerships, manage end-to-end recruitment, and develop market expertise with support from structured training and a global network.

You will develop client relationships, connect professionals with opportunities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across HR functions, while collaborating with colleagues across locations to drive delivery and growth.

Formación

• Relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, business development or account management.
• Ability to understand client needs across HR functions and communicate effectively.
• Strong research, analytical and organisational skills for market insight.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation, with a consultative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their businesses and hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefings to placement follow-up.
• Build candidate networks across HR, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and qualifications.
• Advise clients and candidates on talent availability, remuneration and processes.
• Prepare recruitment proposals and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in compliance with policies.
