Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for our Woodlands facility. You will develop and maintain production plans, coordinate with sales, procurement and manufacturing, and support S&OP processes.

You will manage material availability, BOMs in the ERP, and safeguard optimal inventory levels while tracking key metrics and preparing management dashboards. Working in a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm schedule at our Woodlands site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; able to read BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Demand & Production Planning: develop and maintain production plans based on forecasts and adjust schedules as needed.
• Material Planning: maintain BOMs in ERP, coordinate with Procurement for materials.
• Inventory Management: manage safety stock, reorder points, and excess inventory.
• Coordination, Data Analysis & Reporting: liaise with multiple teams and prepare planning reports and dashboards.
