The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to develop and maintain production plans driven by customer demand, coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Manufacturing, and support the S&OP process.

The role requires a diploma in a related field and 2–5 years in manufacturing supply chain, with strong Excel and ERP skills. Responsibilities include BOM management in the ERP system, monitoring material availability, and ensuring alignment of materials with production

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, production, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering BOMs; reading mechanical drawings is an advantage.

• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am -6:00pm
• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities

Demand & Production Planning

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand forecasts, adjusting schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to align production capacity with demand.
• Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Material Planning

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date BOMs in the ERP system.
• Review material status and coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components according to production and shipment plans.
• Raise purchase requisitions based on production plans and monitor supplier lead times and delivery performance.

Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels by managing safety stock, reorder points, and excess inventory.
• Analyse inventory trends and implement improvement actions.

Coordination, Data Analysis & Reporting

• Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track key supply chain metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels, and production schedule adherence.
• Prepare planning reports and dashboards for management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, production, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
