Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer (PMC) to plan and coordinate production schedules, work with Sales, Production, Procurement and Warehouse teams, and ensure material availability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel. On-site role based in Woodlands, Singapore, with AWS, bonuses, and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in supply chain, operations, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
Experience in supply chain, production planning, or material planning in manufacturing.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate production schedules based on customer demand and forecasts.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules according to changing demand.
Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.
Coordinate with suppliers on material availability and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
Analyse inventory data and prepare supply chain reports.
Support process improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
