Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material flow and support on-time customer deliveries. You will work closely with production, engineering, material planning and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production or Manufacturing Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in production planning and control, and is proficient in SAP and Excel for data analysis.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in production planning and control.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication across departments.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule and monitor shopfloor activities to meet production and delivery targets.
• Coordinate material flow and production schedules to minimise delays and overdue orders.
• Monitor production input, output and WIP to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Analyse demand changes, production capacity and loading requirements to adjust plans accordingly.
• Review operational performance, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with production, engineering, material planning and logistics teams to resolve scheduling, material and shipment issues.
• Support material requirements for engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Maintain accurate planning records and timely SAP updates.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning efficiency and delivery performance.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on production and delivery requirements.
