Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Singapore invites an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead material planning, demand management, and inventory control for the Capital Equipment Business Unit.

You will drive SIOP, collaborate across functions, and ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and cost. Responsibilities include managing BOM accuracy, RMA workflows, and KPI governance, with emphasis on stakeholder relations and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Project Management, Product Life Cycle, Change Management and NPI.
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing and planning.
• Understand the industry and customer requirements for flexibility, cost and quality.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drives team to manage material shortages and ensure on-time builds.
• Leads cross-functional liaison for new product requirements.
• Ensures accurate demand management and BOM accuracy.
• Optimizes inventory, excess, and obsolescence programs.
• Manages SIOP process and inventory metrics.
