MERITOR HEAVY VEHICLE SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Material Planner to balance material supply with demand, ensuring timely availability for production. The role emphasizes supplier management, PFEP utilization, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and delivery performance.

The candidate will work onsite at Gul Way, Singapore, engaging with planning and purchasing teams to sustain material availability and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
3–5 years in Material Planning or related area.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred.
Experience with supplier management and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

Balance and manage site material plan based on requirements.
Maintain accuracy of supplier schedules and agreement with plant needs.
Engage with demand/supply teams to adjust plans as needed.
Generate and validate supplier scorecards and monitor performance.
Support PFEP and inventory positioning initiatives.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Quality, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery.
